Fast and affordable HOWEVER cannot get them to complete the job. My car was broken into and a back passenger window needed replaced. They were affordable and at my house to replace within a day or two. The installer was great. HOWEVER, during the break in, apparently my window switch was damaged. They did not have the additional parts to handle this situation. I was advised to order the part and my installer would return. I have made numerous attempts at scheduling over the past 2 months and have been unsuccessful. I will have to pay someone else to replace the switch and get the window working properly.

I needed multiple windows put in my truck split between two different install dates these guys did offer the best price however I guess you get what you pay for because they didn’t put anything in my truck they took apart back together again and lost screws and clips doing it. The glass parts fine but I got left afterwards putting everything back together myself between 3 different installers.

Highly recommend! Called them on a Friday and they made an appt for that Monday possibly same day if there was a cancellation. Unfortunately, the stock glass they had for my car was broken, but they ordered it in and had my car fixed by Wednesday. All of this was still faster than Safelite! The guys I dealt with Gary (owner) and Bob (technician) were very nice and professional. I was using 3rd party insurance and although the insurance made it difficult, this company made it very easy.

Beware, this place does not honor its warranty for windshield replacement. Our windshield was installed mid January and had an ever so slight wind noise. We let it go. Our fault. We finally called because now you can’t even talk to a person in the passenger seat. We even called while driving so the owner could hear the noise. Fine. Made an appointment. They call the day of the appointment and cancel. Ok, reschedule for today. This morning a huge crack is in our windshield. It’s a stress crack! Which their warranty covers. The owner insisted stress cracks only come within the first few days of installation. A quick google search says otherwise. If they would have come when they were scheduled there would not have been a crack. They want the windshield in tact for their “reimbursement” from the manufacturer. The point is, the crack is from it sitting crooked and being blasted with wind daily. The owner and his driver were extremely rude and even ended the conversation on the phone by saying “how about this, have a good day bud” and hung up. Never once apologized for their drivers attitude which included the remarks of “if I put your windshield in upside down you wouldn’t know.” “You

My front passenger side window got shattered probably while weed eating and although it took a few days for them to get to me ;they did come per our appointment . Tim was my installer and maybe the best & politest customer service I've ever had!!! He completed the job and cleaned up the remaining glass with a great attitude. The price was fair and reasonable and I won't hesitate to use them in the future!!!
